"How will you build a conversion that is specially designed for my needs"?

We have an in-house team of designers and engineers who are extremely skilled in providing vehicle conversions that are built with each customer in mind. From the time you make your first contact with us to the time your vehicle is delivered, our team will spend lots of time finding out about your particular needs, making sure that you are totally satisfied with your vehicle conversion.

"How do I know my vehicle is completely safe once converted"?

GM Coachwork comply with ISO 10542, the International standard for wheelchair occupant restraints and tie-downs, we also ensure that all our vehicles are safety tested and approved by the Vehicle Certification Agency.

"What happens if my circumstances change and I need the vehicle altering after delivery"?

If you are a Motability customer your first point of contact should be Motability. Once they have assessed your eligibility for alterations, they will contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

"I want to buy a wheelchair accessible vehicle and want to know if I'm eligible for the Motability Scheme, what's the best way to find out"?

In order to lease a car from Motability, you must be receiving either:

Higher Rate Mobility Component (HRMC) of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or,
War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS).
