The Vehicle Valeter is responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for customer delivery. This includes cleaning the exterior and interior of vehicles and ensuring they meet the company’s high standards of presentation.

Duties

  • You will report to the Valeting Manager
  • Clean the exterior and interior of vehicles to the highest standards
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery
  • Detailing of vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles for any damage and report any issues to your line manager
  • Follow health and safety regulations when working with chemicals and materials
  • Assist in ensuring completion of jobs in allocated job times

Essential skills & experience

  • Experience in automotive detailing preferred
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive detailing products and techniques
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

To be effective in this role, you will have knowledge of the cleaning and preparation of vehicles and be well organised, with the ability to work well to deadlines. We can offer polishing and detailing training as part of the role.

A Vehicle Demonstrator is responsible for demonstrating and showcasing vehicles to potential customers. The demonstrator will be responsible for demonstrating the features, functions, and benefits of different vehicles to customers.

Duties

  • You will report to the WAV and DFW Manager
  • Demonstrate and showcase vehicles to potential customers
  • Explain the features, functions, and benefits of different vehicles
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend changes or improvements
  • Work with the team to identify new sales opportunities
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth customer service
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales team

 

Essential Skills

  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry

The demonstrator will work closely with the sales team, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure that customers receive a positive and satisfactory experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, established business in South Devon.

The individual will be responsible for the receipt, checking and storage of goods, as well as the dispatch, loading and unloading of goods. The Stores and Warehouse Operative will also be responsible for managing stock levels and providing support to other departments within the company.

Duties

  • Receive, check and store goods in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Inspect deliveries for damage and accuracy and report any discrepancies to the appropriate department
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
  • Manage stock levels and ensure adequate stock is available and in good condition
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and sack trucks
  • Provide support to other departments within the company
  • Maintain accurate records and documents
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as required

  • Experience in a stores and warehouse environment

The Vehicle Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering vehicles to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. The driver will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are delivered in working condition and that all paperwork is completed correctly.

Duties

  • You will report to the WAV and DFW Manager
  • Carry out collection and delivery of customer vehicles as scheduled
  • Completing all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and effective manner
  • Deliver vehicles to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner
  • Ensure that all vehicles are delivered in working condition
  • Complete all paperwork correctly and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend changes or improvements
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the delivery team
  • To drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with the vehicles you drive
  • Complete vehicle condition reports on courtesy vehicles and customer vehicles
  • Ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles
  • Report any accidents/incidents to your manager without delay

Essential Skills

  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 3 years of experience in a delivery driver role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

The Motability Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for the Motability Sales team. Using our bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, the Motability Sales Administrator will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the order life cycle and customer journey is seamless.

Duties

  • Monitor progress of Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) orders and plan day-today activities, accordingly, to assist the administration team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and vendors where necessary.
  • Process Motability vehicle applications using the Motability Online Application platform OLA, troubleshooting application issues that may arise.
  • Accurate and safe handling/filing of important vehicle and conversion documents.
  • Managing vehicle registration requests, in line with dealership guidelines.
  • Processing requests for vehicle documentation such as vehicle Certificates of Conformity.
  • Assisting in the creation of GM Certificates of Conformity for Type Approved vehicles.
  • Applying for and processing Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) applications.
  • Liaise with customers and delivery drivers to arrange vehicle deliveries, assisting with logistics, booking hotels and travel where necessary.
  • Manage customer payments.
  • Raise internal and external invoices, resolving any discrepancies as the arise.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of administration experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Computer literate and able to work with all Microsoft programmes
  • Organisation and timekeeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
